She started in the Property and Casualty insurance business over 30 years ago with a small insurance agency, later became a Commercial Lines Account Manager with larger agencies, then a Wholesale Producer and Account Manager.

With a large portion of her insurance experience having been spent representing retail insurance agencies, Kathy has never forgotten the importance of service to an agent. Therefore, Kathy insists that KZ Insurance Brokerage, LLC never outgrow the ability to fully serve its agents.

Mark Zeanah, Principal / Business Development and CFO (CA License # 0F08511) is responsible for producing large workers compensation business as well as overseeing the brokerage's human resources, business development and coordination of professional services.

Mark entered the insurance business with the formation of KZ Insurance Brokerage, LLC continuing his more than 30 year career owning and managing a variety of businesses with operations throughout the United States. This unique experience gives Mark a great understanding of insurance clients' needs as well as allowing him the tools to successfully manage KZ Insurance Brokerage, LLC.

Amanda Replogle, MBA - Administrative Coordinator. Amanda handles the accounting and various administrative functions of the business. Amanda earned an Honors degree in Accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting/Finance, and brings to the table a wealth of business experience over the last ten years.

Amanda is extremely detail oriented with a naturally analytical mind, but she is not your typical number-cruncher; she is very much a people-person, and it shows! Amanda is excited to become an integral part of the brokerage and provide excellent service to all of our clients.

KZ Insurance Brokerage, LLC founded and proudly sponsors "KZ KIDS!" This program exists to assist in the positive development of selected children growing up in economically disadvantaged homes, allowing them to enjoy benefits often provided to those more financially fortunate. This sponsorship has allowed children to participate in sports programs, entertainment , and travel. On a more serious note, the program has also assisted with housing, feeding, educational advancement and has provided legal services for deserving youngsters.

We are proud of the contributions to the development of children by our staff and of our "KZ KIDS!" program and even prouder of the results delivered by the kids themselves as they become adults.
